My passion is to help you become a stronger, healthier and happier version of yourself. Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, get a better relationship with exercise and general energy in everyday life, I know that we can achieve this together without compromising on fun and enjoyment. Working for a long time without achieving what you want is incredibly frustrating and not least demotivating. I myself have tried and failed many times before I 3 years ago really made a change in my own lifestyle and found a balance that I today have the pleasure of sharing with you. Seeing others succeed in the same way is what I’m passionate about.

My main focus is to create a motivating and realistic plan that will help you reach your goals in a healthy and effective way. We look at previous routines, experience and make a plan for how we can best achieve this, without you having to opt out of everything that is fun and unhealthy. It’s called balance! By giving you the right tools, I want you to gain increased knowledge about exercise, body and diet so that you can make better choices in everyday life. I want you to take this knowledge with you in your new everyday life. Making a change is tough and nothing comes for free, but I want you to be confident in yourself and create good routines that you can enjoy for the rest of your life. Achieving this is my motivation in everyday life.
