My main focus is to create a motivating and realistic plan that will help you reach your goals in a healthy and effective way. We look at previous routines, experience and make a plan for how we can best achieve this, without you having to opt out of everything that is fun and unhealthy. It’s called balance! By giving you the right tools, I want you to gain increased knowledge about exercise, body and diet so that you can make better choices in everyday life. I want you to take this knowledge with you in your new everyday life. Making a change is tough and nothing comes for free, but I want you to be confident in yourself and create good routines that you can enjoy for the rest of your life. Achieving this is my motivation in everyday life.
From me, you can expect a supportive, patient and committed coach. I want you to see me as your coach, but also a friend and supporter that you can be honest with. To see you succeed, I will praise you when you deserve it, support you when you need it, and not least be a little strict if you need a push in the back. With the tools I give you, you will succeed, and I expect you to be open to learning and willing to put in the work it takes to reach your goals. Together we challenge your comfort zone!
